ABOUT EASY RAIN

Why I started EASY RAIN:

I started this company with one thing in mind. SELF RELIANCE. I believe we should all be prepared for whatever life throws at us. One day I was looking around at the world, and I noticed something. People buy solar panels, back up generators, decades of food storage, but nobody has a plan if something happens to the supply of our most important resource of all. Water. So I created EASY RAIN to help people fix this problem. I wanted to provide a system for people to have a renewable water source for their homes, independent of all outside factors. If a pipe breaks, the grocery stores run dry, a mass contamination occurs,  water shortages cause rations to take place, whatever unlikely scenario were to occur, we all still MUST have water. I believe the more self reliant we all are, the more we can help eachother. If I have abundance, and my neighbor has a deficit, I can help that neighbor, as I would hope they would do for me if the roles were reversed. 

A Tiny Bit About ME:

I am a single father, and I created this company in honor of my my beautiful 3 year old daughter, Avrielle Jade Fitzwater, who is my world, and in memory of my  hero and late grandfather, John Fitzwater. Born and Raised in West Jordan Utah, I now reside in Draper Utah. The Wasatch Front is my home, and I hope to help  make it a better, happier, and more prepared place with EASY RAIN.

HOW I DO BUSINESS:

I do things a certain way. First of all I believe in both quality AND speed. I do not buy that one must be sacrificed for the other. Nothing drives me crazy more than being on hold for 30 minutes, a mechanic taking 3 days longer than he said he would on my car, or an online order being late. I believe these sorts of things are the result of someone giving me a poor effort. If you do business with me, I will do what I say I am going to do, When I say I'm going to do it,  I will be on time, and Me, or My people will do an excellent job. And if for some CRAZY reason, I cannot deliver on something I have said, I will communicate it to you IMMEDIATELY and do whatever is necessary to come to a win win solution for us both. The buck starts and stops with me, and you will never hear an excuse come out of my mouth.

I deal in person as MUCH as I possibly can. I believe the internet and cell phones are ruining the sense of  community we all once had with eachother. I detest it, and I am intent on doing my part to keep that flame alive. I do things the old school way. I believe in unconditional honesty, and sticking to your word, no matter what.  I can't wait to meet you all, thank you in advance for doing business with EASY RAIN.
