Yes. Utah law (73-3-1.5) allows each household to collect up to 2,500 gallons in up to two covered containers for personal use. All of our systems are designed to be fully compliant.

Are gutter guards required?
Yes, stainless steel gutter guards are required for every rain collection system we install. They keep debris out of your stored water and protect the entire system. Gutter guard pricing is quoted separately based on your home's linear footage and is not included in any of the "Starting at" prices on this page.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 0% financing for up to 48 months on qualifying installs. Ask us about financing options when you request your consultation.
How long does installation take?
Install timelines vary based on a wide range of factors, system size, site conditions, access, and scope of work. Your exact timeline will be determined at the time of scheduling during your free consultation.
Can you connect to my existing gutters?
In most cases, yes. We assess your current gutter system during the free consultation and integrate the collection system seamlessly, or install new gutters as part of the project. Keep in mind that stainless steel gutter guards will need to be added as part of any collection system install.
What can I use the collected water for?
Garden and lawn irrigation, livestock watering, car washing, and other outdoor uses. With proper filtration, it can also be used for potable purposes in many applications. Rain systems are infinitely customizable, ask us about filtration and accessory options during your free consultation.
