WHAT'S COVERED

Gutter Protection

Lifetime

Lifetime clog-free guarantee, inside and out.

All gutter protection products installed by Easy Rain are guaranteed for life to prevent clogs on the interior AND exterior of the gutter. If any build-up ever occurs on top of the gutter guard from tree debris or asphalt from your roof, we will arrange a FREE service call to come and clean it at NO CHARGE, for LIFE.

Rain Gutters & Downspouts

Lifetime

Lifetime warranty against leaks, clogs, and sag, fully transferable.

If Easy Rain installs both new gutters and downspouts, AS WELL as gutter protection at the same time, the rain gutters are lifetime warrantied to never leak, clog, or sag. This warranty is fully transferable and remains in effect so long as both the home is standing and Easy Rain remains in business. If gutters and downspouts are NOT both replaced at the time of gutter protection installation, no warranty is implied on the existing gutters other than the guarantee of no interior or exterior clogs. No warranty exists for cosmetic damage caused after installation. New gutters and downspouts installed WITHOUT gutter guards carry a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty. All workmanship issues will be fixed for free within that period.

Rain Barrels & Tanks

Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Rain barrels and tanks are lifetime warrantied against manufacturer defects and are guaranteed to function properly so long as they have been afforded reasonable care, maintenance, and kindness. Easy Rain reserves the right to determine upon inspection if any issues are caused by improper care, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, abuse, or other factors outside our control. If any issue is caused by poor workmanship or a manufacturer defect, it will be remedied without cost as soon as possible.

Water Purification Systems

Warrantied against manufacturer defects.

All water purification systems are warrantied against manufacturer defects. Regular maintenance to filters and other components is required to keep the warranty in effect.

Lifetime Service Warranty

All Systems

You will never be ignored. Someone will always show up.

ALL components of ALL Easy Rain systems qualify for the lifetime service warranty. You will always have someone to come look at and make a good faith effort to fix any problem you encounter. You will NEVER be ignored if you call us for service. Due to the extremely high quality and great attention to detail given to our installations, service calls are extremely rare. Many fixes are quick tweaks that cost nothing. If it's something small, we may charge only the cost of the part. If it's a big issue caused by no fault of ours, you may be offered a solution at full price. Almost all service calls are charged nothing for us to show up and at least look at the system. However, excessive service calls may be subject to service charges ranging from $100, $500 based on frequency, distance from our Draper, UT office, and other factors.

Heat Cable Systems

Lifetime

8-year power warranty. Guaranteed to never leak or detach.

Heat cable systems are warrantied to never leak or detach from your roof. If they ever do, we will come reattach them. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure their electrical system and outlets can handle the load placed on them by any heat cable systems installed by Easy Rain. Easy Rain is not liable for adverse effects caused by insufficient existing electrical systems. Heat cables themselves are warrantied to maintain power for 8 years so long as they are not damaged by snow, ice, animals, other contractors, or any other source of damage outside of Easy Rain's control.

DISCLAIMERS & WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Ice Dams

Ice is a fact of life in Utah's mountains. Although gutter protection and properly functioning gutters CAN help some ice build-up issues caused by clogged gutters, some ice issues are caused by other factors like poor insulation, lack of ice shield on the roof, shading from trees, north-facing homes, and more. If you are experiencing ice issues, please inquire about our Heat Cable installation services.

Roof Damage

A poor roof may cause water and leaks to come behind the gutters, even if we replace them brand new. If we determine this to be the case after the fact, there is no warranty for this condition and no refunds of any kind will be given. We promise to be completely honest, objective, and diligent in our assessment. If the issue is beyond our abilities to fix, we will either refer you to a trusted roofer or present a price to subcontract one ourselves.

Poor Electrical Systems

Easy Rain is not liable for any negative effects caused by a bad existing electrical system, including but not limited to loss of power, fires, personal injury due to electrocution, or any other potential risk that bad electrical systems could cause.

Rainwater Consumption

Easy Rain is not liable for any adverse effects caused by drinking rainwater. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the water is safe to drink, including properly maintaining all rain barrels, tanks, gutters, filters, and filtration systems, and testing rainwater prior to consumption. If you are unable to perform maintenance, ask us about our yearly maintenance service plans.
